ORDERS

• Any item ordered through Warped Sportz HQ will be shipped to the customer's billing address. If the billing address and shipping address are different, your order will be delayed while we confirm the shipping address. If the alternate shipping address can not be confirmed, your order will be cancelled. If you want an order shipped to an alternate address, the card holder must contact the bank and add the additional address on file. This applies to Paypal payments also. You can add or change your shipping address in your personal profile. adding or changing a ship to address must be done prior to placing your order.

• If an item is out of stock or discontinued, Warped Sportz HQ will notify you via email or phone. The customer is entitled to a full refund on any item that is out of stock or discontinued.

• Most all items will ship out within 1-2 business days on average.

• To cancel an order you must call us at 308-440-5102. We will be unable to cancel orders if notified by fax or email.

• You must be at least 18 years old to purchase on our Web site. Anyone under the age of 18 who wishes to purchase must have a parent or guardian do so for him or her.

• To check the status of your order, please submit an email to  sales@warpedsportz.com Please include your order number, order date and phone number. We will respond to you as soon as possible. You can also log into your user account and check the status of you order.

• Product images on this site are for display purposes only. The actual product may vary.  Please keep in mind that anodized parts may differ in color from one manufacturer to the next. Warped Sportz HQ will not accept returns or exchanges because of color match.

• If you feel that a product display image and product description varies, please call a representative for verification.

PRICING

• All prices are subject to change with out notice. Warped Sportz HQ is not liable for any typographical errors on our website. If an item is purchased that has an error in price, Warped Sportz HQ reserves the right to cancel that order and issue a refund. Warped Sportz HQ will never bill the customer for any difference in price if this is the case.

• Sales Tax - All Nebraska residents are subject to a 7% sales tax.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

• Paypal - Warped Sportz HQ accepts Paypal payments upon checkout. You can also call and place your order, and request a Paypal Invoice be sent you.

• Credit Card -  Warped Sportz HQ accepts Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover. Warped Sportz HQ uses Paypal to process all credit card transactions. You do not need to have a Paypal account to use the credit card payment option. You can also call and place your order with a credit card over the phone.

• Money Order or Cashiers Check - Warped Sportz will accept money orders and cashiers checks only, No personal checks. To place an order using this method please check out using the "Account Number" method. In the blank for the account number simply put "Sending MO". Your order will not be initiated in our system until we receive and verify your payment. • COD - Warped Sportz HQ will ship orders COD. Please call 308-440-5102 before placing your order COD for extra COD fees. Unless pre authorized by Warped Sportz HQ all COD orders will be sent COD Secured, Cashiers Check or Money Order.
  

SHIPPING

• Orders over $100 are eligible for free shipping only in the Lower 48 States. You must select the free shipping method in the shipping option menu during checkout with the exception of paintballs, shipping charges apply to any paintball purchases. You will be charged shipping if you want an item shipped using a different shipping method other than the free shipping. International shipping is also offered. • All orders over $250.00 require signature confirmation upon delivery.

• All orders to Hawaii and Alaska need to select UPS 2^nd Day Air or USPS Priority service. There is no Ground shipping to these States.

• If you are using a PO Box, APO,FPO or other overseas address, you must choose shipping via USPS. UPS shipping option is not availiable for these shipping areas.
  
  
• USPS does NOT GUARANTEE delivery or for First Class Mail. If First Class Mail is the selected shipping method, Warped Sportz can not be held responsible for lost shipments.
  
   
• For any shipment that is refused or returned due to incorrect shipping address, the customer will be charged shipping to resend the order even if the order was entitled to free shipping on the first shipment. All returned items are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

WARRANTY

• All items shipped from Warped Sportz HQ are shipped in brand new condition. The only exception is for items purchased under our "Awesome Deals" section. Warped Sportz HQ only deals with companies that stand behind their products. If you have any problem with an item out of box you will need to refer to the manufacturer's warranty. You can contact Warped Sportz HQ staff to obtain a Manufacturer's contact info.

• Warped Sportz HQ is not liable for any shipping charges associated with returning an item to either Warped Sportz HQ or the Manufacturer.

• All warranties are serviced by the Manufacturer unless otherwise stated by Warped Sportz HQ. At this time Items that can be returned to Warped Sportz HQ for service are all Planet Eclipse. This does not include any accessory from these Manufacturers.

RETURNS

• A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be received before returning an item for replacement or return. You can obtain an RMA # by calling Warped Sportzcenter. Unfortunately, paintballs are returnable.
  

• HQ at 308-440-5102. Your return packaging must have the RMA # written on the outside of the box. Any item returned without an RMA # will be considered a refund and charged a 20% restocking fee. All items must be returned within 14 days to qualify for a refund or exchange. All shipping charges are non refundable, this includes shipping charges associated with the initial shipment to the customer and any return to Warped Sportz HQ.

• All items shipped in for a replacement or return must be unopened and unused. The item must be returned in its original packaging with all original literature or accessories. Upon reciept of the item it will be inspected by Warped Sportz HQ staff. If the item has been opened or used the item will be returned to the customer. The customer will be liable for any return shipping charges.

• Warped Sportz HQ is not liable for any shipping charges associated with returning an item to either Warped Sportz HQ or the Manufacturer.

• There are no refunds or replacements on used paintball markers.

• There are no refunds or replacement on paintballs. Every case of paint is checked before packing and shipping. Warped Sportz HQ will not ship broken paintballs, but it is impossible for us to guarantee the paint will arrive in the condition it left our shipping department.

• All refunds will be charged a 20% restocking fee. All shipping charges are non refundable.

WARPED SPORTZ HQ LIABILITY

• Warped Sportz HQ is in no way liable or responsible for ANY damages associated with, or incurred by any product sold on this site.

• You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase a paintball marker. If you are under the age of 18, we require a Parent place the order for you. An adult signature is required upon receipt of all paintball markers.

• Paintball equipment when misused can cause serious injury, dismemberment or death. Please read and follow all manfacturer's manuals and safety precautions.
